In fifteen years of practice, I have provided psychological services to adolescents and their families, adults and older adults. I have worked with men and women from many race/ethnic groups, class backgrounds, disability type, religious denominations, and sexual orientations.

Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Wright Institute Graduate School of Psychology (1990), University of California, Berkeley. Licensed clinical psychologist in California and Michigan since 1992.

Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Clinical Health Psychology, Department of Family Medicine, Michigan State University. Postdoctoral training in adult neuropsychology, Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, The University of Michigan.

Visiting Scholar and National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) Fellow, School of Public Health, University of California, Berkeley.

Consultative Services. I serve as a consulting psychologist to the following institutions: University of California, Berkeley; Mills College of Oakland; United States Probation Office; Network Medical Review; UNUM Provident Insurance Company; Social Security Administration.

Fees:

Fees are discussed at the time you contact me or when a referral is made. If you have private insurance, I provide you with an invoice after payment is made to me and you can submit that invoice for reimbursement. Fees for services delivered to other professionals (i.e., attorneys) or institutions are discussed at the time of referral.
